Muffin Break Robina

Attended store around 2pm. Ordered two turkey wraps that were in the window and asked for them to be heated. The girl brought them to the table and said, we already turned the grill off, so you will have to eat them cold . Inspecting the wraps cold I could tell they were not fresh. I said, Are these fresh? The girl said, Yes yesterday . I said, What? The girl then just walked off. I returned to the counter and said I want my money back, they are not fresh, and you don 't serve up cold food . The girl then rang the Manager who said we could not get a refund (even though we did not even touch the wraps or consume them) and to buy something else for equal value. Refused refund, even though we had also additionally purchased 5 muffins to take away. Awful experience, food is not fresh and will never recommend or return.

Times keep changing to get a coffee depending who's working. One day they stop serving at 4pm the next day 3pm. All depends who's working and wants to close faster. So hard to know when to go get one. If you stop at 4pm to clean the machines please stick with it. Thank You

So at 2.25pm today I tried to take my very elderly parents for coffee and muffins here, somewhere we have always enjoyed. When ordering we were told takeaway only and the girl started putting our muffins in a paperbag. I queried and said we are eating in and why not coffee and our muffins on ceramic. She said they were closing. I queried and asked what time? 4.00pm she said! It's 2.25pm, why can't they provide the service we normally receive. Obviously wanting to go home early and cant be bothered washing more crockery. Don't worry about the customers or the businesses reputation. It's 1 hour 35 minutes before you close. Not impressed. We left and went to Mrs Fields and got great service and our coffee in ceramic. If you want repeat business, its time for some serious staff discussions.

I am a regular muffin break customer however was sadly disappointed by this trip. The coffee was burnt and stifling hot, I got the wrong muffin bought out. Staff were quite rude and not hospitable however there was one staff member who was really lovely

Muffin was nice, but did not get the coffees we asked for...ie..2 x sml f/w, we got 1 LG f/w, and cup too big, so coffee went cold, 1 cappuccino..
