Baskin-robbins - Robina

Originally, my wife and I were very disappointed when we arrived at the store just before closing time, only to find the doors locked 15 minutes early. There were two employees inside, and when someone outside called to inquire, one of them stated that they were closed. I pointed out that their posted hours indicated they were open until 10 PM, and this was around 9:45 PM. The employee just shrugged at me, while the other one came out from the back, and they seemed to discuss the matter among themselves before ignoring me. I understand that it's just ice cream, but we had specifically driven out on a Friday night for a treat and felt frustrated to be turned away by the staff when we were well within their listed business hours.

The shop was very clean and well-presented, and the customer service was great. I haven't visited a Baskin-Robbins or an ice cream shop in a while, and my experience was truly enjoyable. The chic LCD menu displayed countless options to choose from.
