I have dietary restrictions and decided to call to make ordering easier for the team. I ordered the Pôké Bob Végé, I wanted to know if we could remove the rice and replace it with salad. The girl on the phone will ask the manager and then come back to me and say that it wasn 't possible. Well it doesn 't matter, knowing that they can 't add items to the dishes, so I asked them to remove the sauce, green onions and guacamole from the bowl. The girl told me that she was going to get her manager because I was too complicated to manage. I told the manager that I was looking to remove 3 ingredients from my meal, she replied “no problem!” And the exchange was courteous and pleasant. Once I arrived at the restaurant for my take-out order, a girl asked me if I was the one with the order without sauce. I had doubts about what was going to happen next so I said no. She answers me “ah okay, because we had a client who called earlier, she was complicated to manage”. I found it quite ordinary. I am aware that this is a medical condition that is my problem and not anyone else 's. For those who can accommodate like here, I am grateful and I understand that it is out of their control what choices they can grant to customers. On the other hand, the lack of professionalism coming from this waitress is unacceptable.
