Bojangles' Famous Chicken

The staff was really rude. My dad asked for a cheer wine but instead gave him sweet tea. My sister brought it up there to change and they gave her unsweetened tea. Then she goes back and asks for cheerwine yet again, to which they said we don't have any.Why not just say that in the beginning? They didn't have a lot of the stuff we wanted and when we asked they acted like it wasour fault they didn't have any.

You get very poor service. Before you leave you need to check your order, 8 out of 10 times your order will be wrong or charged wrong. This my experience only.

Robersonville, NC, 10/9/22, 2:30 PM. I noticed four or five staff members working behind the counter, including a manager, and they didn't seem busy at all. However, I stood at the register for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, so I decided to leave. I'm not sure if this is how all customers are treated, but they certainly won't have to worry about my business in the future.

Terrible experience. I arrived around noon and witnessed the staff arguing about who didn’t prepare enough chicken. Several customers were demanding refunds. It took me 8 minutes just to place an order for a drink. In the end, I left along with the others.

I truly can’t understand why the managers here don’t optimize their business hours to better accommodate customer traffic. Looking at the past three weeks of sales and averaging that out should give a clear picture of expected sales today. Plus, they need to consider factors like sports events and weather! Today, I couldn’t get an 8-piece chicken order because it took over 30 minutes to prepare, even though it only takes 19 minutes to cook. It's clear that the management is unprepared. The general manager and district manager should be embarrassed by this situation. It feels like this company is ready to give up here in Robersonville, NC. This must be one of the worst franchise experiences I've ever had, especially when the phone is answered by a machine instead of a manager. Is there even anyone in charge?
