Screamin' Vegan - Roanoke

My wife and I took the kids there today. Amazing and delicious! The ?Oyster? (mushroom) Po? Boy was incredible. Thankful this place is here in Roanoke! It will be a new go-to for me.

Go here!!! Damn good food!! Great staff. Perfect service. Take out only, but they have a little patio off to the side. I ordered the quinoa salad and the oyster mushroom po boy. Delicious. My omnivore partner ordered the chopped steak sandwich. Also delicious!!

Today with my daughters (we are vegan) and my sister (Fleisch-Eater) sat there, and all four of us were blown away. we had the cheese steak, patty melt, chili cheese burger, oyster mushroom po’ young, and the chili dog. Mac cheese, bevelled rings, lemon pepper. I'm still stuffed, but my mouth is pouring again as I look at our food pictures. we are outside the city, but we visit roanoke regularly and we cannot wait to come back. sometimes eat with Burger/America style, it can all begin to taste the same. but that was not true at all. the po’ young is a special one, but they should make it a permanent menu point the perfectly baked, crispy smarts, smooth and tasty remolaude sauce. it was all I hoped it would be and more and this chili sausage dog... like everything, it was sloppy, gooey, cheesy tasty all the way. I want to go back. thanks screamin vegans!

We stayed here on a trip and had a good meal. I met several friendly people waiting for my food and also the staff really liked. everything we ordered was delicious, but the jackfruit slider were the best. it was also very affordable.

Delicious comfort food and banter with the friendly staff! The pineapple upside down cake with coconut whipped cream was amazing cheers mate!
