Mcalister's Deli - Roanoke

The food is great they have all kinds of choices a pretty large kids menu the seating is good they have booths and tables the service is nice you order at the front and they will bring your food to you in a quick fashion the people are very welcoming and we can get in and out within an hour easily. (unless we are talking a lot) the temperature is perfect but sometimes can be a little chilly so for people who get cold easily bring a jacket it is very popular on Sundays but I personally haven't been there on weekdays

Yummy food but there was a ladybug in my daughter’s fruit cup, who I add has an extreme phobia of ladybugs

Their nachos and cheese (with the rotel mixture) is great!

Pretty slow getting take out. Plus they must be pretty short staffed cause tables inside and outside have tables full of dirty plates and glasses.

Put mayo I can’t have on my sandwich. Made them aware. Sent sandwich back. They had tried to wipe the mayo off instead of making a fresh sandwich. People have allergies, you cannot do stuff like that to save money. Gross. Never again.
