Lews Reataurant - Roanoke

Beautiful service and delicious food. Even if a sign said they were short served, we didn't notice anything at all. Our children loved it just like us.

We love Lew's southern Burger. It's a big cook-to-order burger I don't share with a friend because Lews doesn't jump on the meat. Their fries (which come with the burger) are considerable and well roasted. We add a sequence of onion rings and leave with full and satisfied bells. Now you understand, it's not a shy restaurant. But it's a great Hamburger connection!

The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we went. I ordered the garlic parm and Sweet Chilli wings. They were amazing. Next time I'm in the area, I'll go back. As you were.

My son and I were just staying overnight from NY on our way to Texas and this was the only restaurant open on July 4th. I was skeptical but we ordered onion rings, marinated chicken sandwich and chicken Parmigiana to go. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was ready when promised and really good!! The chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful, the onion rings weren't greasy and the chicken Parmigiana rivals what we get near where we live!! Very pleased!!!

We just returned from our first visit. I got the Ground Steak Mushroom Burger. After walking away the waitress returned to ask Small or large? Being hungry, I ordered the large because I was hungry. It turns out that the small is a medium-large burger. The large is TWO medium-large burgers. This is a 3-4 napkin burger we are talking about. Smothered in cheese, well-cooked, on an excellent bun, and drowning in a brown mushroom gravy sauce. Good but not great onion rings were my side. My spouse got a wrap and enjoyed it quite a bit and bragged on how good their ranch sauce was. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the wait staff gave us just the right amount of attention, and classic rock is the order of the day on the sound system with only one annoying TV playing with no volume, thank goodness. We will be back.
