フィードバックを提供するThis is an unfortunate story of a restaurant with poor ownership and management. First, a year ago, when I got home, I saw that my pizza had a 3 wide crust all around it. I really don 't like crust to begin with but at the very least it was not typical and I got far less pizza than expected. I called and was told by the manager that they have had trouble with help and they would put a credit on my account to replace the pizza. I looked, it was there for about a week then it was gone when I went to use it. I decided to give them another go about a week ago. Ordered a pizza online, it was ready when I got there, opened the box, the pizza looked good. Ran my credit card...timed out. Ran it again...timed out. Ran it again....declined. The girl said they had been having problems with this machine. No worries. I got a different card and she suggested using her other (very antiquated machine). Both machines were old compared to today 's standards. The 2nd machine worked. The next day I saw that there were charges pending on both cards. I called the manager who called the owner who said they would have to wait one more day to be sure the transactions cleared. They could see both transactions pending, but they would call me back the next day. Ok no worries. Three more days go by...crickets. Now I 'm on vacation. I see the transactions are no longer pending but cleared. I called again so I wouldn 't forget about it and was told that I had to provide screen shots of my credit card statement and email it to them. I said, that isn 't going to happenm, I 'm on vacation and I had no intention of doing their work for them. I explained that I too owned a biz for 49 years and know that they can look to see if those cleared. I was not going to be inconvenienced further. I contated them as a courtesy because I know they would incur charges if I disputed the charges. They insisted I gave them screenshots or I wouldn 't get my money. I said I would just dispute the charges then. I was told to do what I wanted to do. The next day when I was about to dispute the charges, I saw a credit pending on one of the charges. No call to me to tell me they took care of it. Such poor customer service. The owners were involved and the decisions were extremely poor. This was all their fault and never an apology or acceptance of blame. That was their last chance. I do not recommend the Providence Rd location to anyone. What a waste of time for a $25 refund.
How is there only 1 worker here. Taking orders and prepping the food. That girl deserves a raise!! Whoever managges this Marcos needs to do better!!
Hands down the best pizza ever! The staff was kind and the GM sandy was helpful, she went back to a past order that wasn’t made right, found it, and corrected it with a smile the whole time! It feels good to know that people still care. I love a place with great customer service that’s what always keeps me coming back, how you treat me makes my day and I just wanna say thank you again to Marcos pizza and an extra thank you to the GM Sandy. You’re the best girl keep up the good work.
Marcos is one of the better chain restaurants. I prefer them over Domino's and Pizza Hut. Make sure that you download the app they have some really good discounts.
I am a Veteran an proud of it... I thought Marco 's Pizza was a really good place at first but NOW I MUST SAY THAT THEY SUCK MAJORLY.... What ever happened To Customer Is always RIGHT YOUNG MANAGERS today have absolutely no understanding of that and that 's why I will never ever set foot in your ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN...... ONE LAST THING WHEN did people stop giving u a name to call them by when you call in a order... Hi this is Marco 's Pizza my name is so in so , how may I help you... That way a customer knows who they are talking too.... See I used too own my own Restaurant as well an I remember them days.....I knew that customer service was 90% of the EXPERIENCE... 10% was my Food..... Cause if the CUSTOMER SERVICE AIN 'T RIGHT.....I HOPE NOW REALIZE.... THAT IT DESTROYS THE WHOLE DINING EXPERIENCE.... NOW I got to call DOMINO 'S .......I HATE DOMINO 'S TOO.... BUT ONE THING ABOUT DOMINO 'S PIZZA IS THEY STILL CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
