フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant is clean and has a friendly staff. It's located in a quiet area, which feels very welcoming to the community. The menu offers a variety of interesting options that are anything but ordinary. I hope more people discover this gem and choose to dine here. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
The menu offers a fantastic variety, and the staff is absolutely lovely. The dishes are consistently fresh and delicious. I would rate the dining experience a perfect 5 for the food, 5 for the service, and 4 for the atmosphere.
The customer service was dreadful. When we requested a second time for the door to be closed, we were told that my elderly, sick mother-in-law should switch seats with one of us, even though it was cold in every seat. This really spoiled our Father's Day breakfast, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Neither my daughter nor I ate our meals, which completely contradicts their claim. At no point were we informed that blankets were available, even after my mother-in-law mentioned twice to the owner that she was freezing. Good customer service should be about anticipating needs, not forcing customers to constantly ask for assistance. It's frustrating that something so easily resolved has turned into blame shifting instead of acknowledging the situation.
Blend at Grantham is a quaint small business cafe, that makes it’s mark more-so through convenience and location in an up and coming suburb with little to no cafes nearby. Outside of convenience, I have found that Coffee Traders in Annangrove (5 min drive away) to have x10 better customer service and affordably priced food that costs me less than $30 for brunch. The difference between customer service is astounding and is why I have stopped going to this cafe. To highlight the difference: 1) In Grantham I politely asked to please have the shades outside pulled up whilst outside on a sunny day and the owner rudely dismissed my request and told me to just face a different direction. Cost: $32 for one meal and coffee (meal is just a vegetarian platter with no protein). 3) At Coffee Traders the owner always greets me with a smile and took the time to ensure i knew where the charging station was when working on my laptop and after every meal asked if everything was all good. Cost: $28 for one meal and coffee (meal also provided x2 bread slices and protein) When you look at value for money and customer service, I’ve decided to continue going to Coffee traders nearby and hope for future that Grantham can up their customer service.
Excellent food, very reasonable priced. Came out super quick. Couldnt of been happier with the service.
