Subway - Riverside

Place says open till 10 it was 8:40 when I arrived and its closed I dont know if they are trying to get paid for extra hours and they aren't there but its horrible to be hungry and show up to a place that claims to be open and its closed

Amazing customer service and super clean environment. Liliana (I hope I spelt that right, her name tag reads Lily. was a wonderful employee. Was obviously trained very well and the other worker did as well. This was my third subway I've been totoday due to incompetent employees at other locations and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. They should sendwhoever trained them or even send them to the other locations to train those employees! Or get a small bonus/raise.

Best subway I’ve been too so far super clean staff was super nice david who made my sandwich was extremely helpful and made the sandwich perfectly not sloppy like other locations

I ordered online so I didn't see how they prepared it. I got there when they were wrapping it. I don't remember before. So I say it was new employee working that prepared my order. I drove home and noticed she forgot to add avocado. I did drive back to get it resolved. They did offer to make a new one but it wasn't nessesary and she offered chips for the inconvenience. That's good customer service

I want to start by thanking Mathew for his excellent service! He was incredibly patient and eager to assist us. He offered some fantastic suggestions, and I ended up choosing a 6-inch steak and cheese sub with Swiss cheese—delicious! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the store. Great customer service all around! Keep up the fantastic work! Looking forward to my next visit!
