Church's Chicken - Riverside

Poor service at this location! For a place that only serves fried chicken you would think they would be cooking fried chicken. Every time I have gone to this location I have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it and still get the order worng. On top ofthat if the line gets too long they close the drive-through. The place closes at 8PM even though they say 10. The quality offood is what you should expect from Church's. Too bad the next closest location. Is 10 miles away.

Food tasted was average, but it wasn't bad. They didn't have the spicy chicken sandwich. The service is slow. The employees are nice.

Wow, I can't believe how long the wait was in the drive-thru. I ordered a combo and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my lunch. It’s ridiculous to have to wait that long. It’s supposed to be a drive-thru, not a place to sit in your car and eat. I couldn't even back out of the line.

Be sure to double-check your order—they seem to prioritize speed over accuracy. I went back because I ordered a mixed meal, but instead received only legs and thighs. When they corrected the mistake, there was no apology or even an offer to make up for it. They could have at least added some extra pieces, but they didn’t.

The restaurant definitely needs some upgrades. Sometimes, the drive-thru speaker doesn’t work. They also seem to lack enough staff; having only one person cooking and one person serving at both the counter and drive-thru just isn’t sufficient.
