フィードバックを提供するI've been a regular at this restaurant for years, and it never disappoints. The tropical flavors are fantastic, and they offer a wide variety of toppings. The staff is always ready to assist us quickly. We usually don't linger inside, but we can get in and out swiftly, making it perfect for a quick work lunch.
Cherry On Top Yogurt Shop is a fantastic spot for a family outing to enjoy a sweet treat. I took my grandkids there, and we all had a wonderful time. The shop is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the yogurt is delicious. I can’t wait to go back!
I've visited this frozen yogurt spot far more often than Yogurt Land. In my view, Cherry on Top offers a wider variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. They have tiny mochi pieces, chocolate rocks, waffle cone bits, various fruits, nuts, candies, popping pearls, and so much more. I really miss their Taro frozen yogurt and hope they bring it back, although I believe it was a seasonal flavor.
The yogurt was good and that 's what the star is for as my partner stated and was dishonestly responded to by the owner, the customer service was rude and disrespectful and both employees WERE on thier phones and WERE NOT clocked out they were behind the registers and filling topping. I am personally a manager of a major retail store and this behavior would not be tolerated or defended. Now, as far as not knowing the ingredients because you threw away the box, not only is the careless for people with allergies the manner in which we were told was extremely disrespectful and rude. I would be ashamed if my employees responded to customers like that.Wanting To know if an item has dairy in it is a reasonable question as it was not labeled and we asked very nicely and was met with coldness, pun intended.
I used to love this place, but I hadn 't been here in years. Yesterday, my partner and I went and had terrible customer service. We were very disappointed. I asked about ingredients in some toppings and the manager ? was on her cell phone and I had to ask for her attention twice, the other employee there was also on her cell phone. I asked about the ingredients to which she replied we dont know I asked the other employee and the manager ? said we already threw away the boxes so we dont know . From personal experience, I know in food service that there are extra boxes of things, for when they run out, either in cupboards or in the back of the store. This customer service was very disrespectful and lazy. We won 't be going there again.
