Shah's Halal Food - Riverhead

I will never purchase food from Shah Halal again. They are selling leftovers from the previous night's shift and don't seem to care if customers get sick. The owners are unresponsive and negligent, and there is no manager available to address complaints. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

The petite woman who works at this restaurant is consistently impolite and unpleasant. I dread encountering her when I walk in, as she is also very sparing with the white sauce.

The customer service at this restaurant is subpar. There were instances of staff laughing at us before taking our order, which made us feel uncomfortable. We recently moved to Riverhead, NY from Queens where Halal food is popular, and Shah's was a great find for us. While the food was good, the staff exhibited rude behavior such as chatting loudly and laughing in front of the food, which made us uneasy. In addition, the quantity of meat and salad in our dish was lacking. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the reputation of Shah's. We were so dismayed that I had to walk away to avoid confrontation. When I called to speak with a manager, the person I spoke to seemed dismissive and did not address my concerns. It is apparent that more training is needed for the staff to improve their customer service.

Lamb wasnt even real, white sauce was mid. More watered down. Rice had no seasoning or taste. Over all bland and too oily.

Amazing food, but please stop boating cheesey clown ? EDM music. Horrible remixes of terrible pop songs at 138 bpm with cornball high pitch whistle synth melodies make me wanna throw up! But great food! ?
