フィードバックを提供するI had ordered on the app for a pick up in store when I arrived they had a written sign that said drive through only, with a long line in the drive through and an appointment in 5 minutes I unfortunately did not have time to get my drink and there is no cancel button in the app.
The barista kept getting my order wrong when she read it back to me. Then when I got to the window to get it, they didn't put ice in it to cool it off like I requested. I have had terrible service at several Starbucks, so I think I will be going to Dutch Brothers from here on out as they always have excellent service and are more friendly.
We've been going here for a few years, and they're very consistent in order accuracy. They do get pretty busy at times, but the service is usually quick and staff is very friendly. One of our local favorites.
This Starbucks has been reliable for good drinks. Because yesterday's cold brew was not good it was very disappointing. I suspect they were out of cold brew and substituted reg coffee as it had a real nasty after taste. I would prefer they just say they are out of cold brew so I can make another choice.
I drove from Modesto here everyday for months because the drinks were always fresh and not watered down or burnt taste but the last 3 days they have been terrible and I?m letting go of Starbucks from now on. They are a huge hit and miss if your drink is even going to be what it?s supposed to be and fresh Very disappointed.
