Goody's Fast Food - River Grove

I think I've had everything on the menu, the food is fresh and delicious. The Chicken Rice Soup is sooo good! And the Cheese Burgers and Gyros are my two go to's.

Love the gyro plate but unfortunately was missing the tzatziki sauce . Called up then they start questioning the workers to see if they put it in ?‍. I mean seriously I'm not trying to get a free sauce . It was really frustrating so I hung up . All they had to say was sorry and come back for another one .

Food is overpriced especially when you could go to a gourmet place for equal or less amount of money.

Great spot great food amazing owners! been a childhood spot for me and it never disappoint me once all there food is spot on amazing!

Sad that this place has gone downhill. The beef sandwiches are super skimpy now for $10. Just a plain steak sandwich is about $19 out the door, before the 4% they charge if using a credit or debit card.Took almost 20 minutes to get the food, and they called the number before mine as ready before I sat down.Inside has not been remodeled in the 30 years since I first tried this place. Tables were not clean, and no one cleaned any of them while I was there. Add the shady characters hanging around in there, and I just don't see any reason to go back.
