Casa Del Café - Rivas

The atmosphere here is pretty good, clean. The coffee's are okay, they don't appear to he organic nor have things like Macha or green tea. We order some pastelitos de pollos and some were not that warm. Taste was average.

I have been to the Casa Del Cafe before in Managua. This was an unplanned but great stop on our way back from San Juan Del Sur. I took some coffee beans back to the US.

The ham sandwich with Swiss cheese was very rich, I think the tomato soup is richer than the tortilla but it was worth it. At the coffee house prices are always a little higher, but the atmosphere is very nice and quiet. It is possible to have lunch with 5 to 7 dollars depending on what you want.

I love casa del café.... great coffee and love the empanaditas and pastelitos.

Internet and great iced coffee treats. Not cheap but not expected. Great meeting spot at the Rivas crossroads.
