Cohearts Riverhouse - Ripley

We had an early dinner last Sunday and it was wonderful. The steak salad was delicious. While there wasn’t a lot of steak, it came with grilled vegetables, and the house-made dill dressing was fantastic.

I want to start by saying that I've never written a negative restaurant review in my entire life. In fact, I consider myself to be a pretty easygoing customer. However, my wife and I had one of the worst dining experiences we've ever encountered at this restaurant.

Nine reviews, seven of which are anonymous. If the dinner was truly deserving of four or five stars, surely someone would have mentioned the highlights or recommended their favorite dishes. It feels like an inside job. I was looking forward to dining in Ripley, but now I'm reconsidering.
