フィードバックを提供するWe arrived hungry but, with the intercession of our B&B's owner, Enzo Brenna of Casa Brenna, we were allowed in for a meal while a baptismal reception was under way. We returned a second day because the food was so excellent. Mostly, we ordered meat and pasta dishes as Rionero is far from the sea and these dishes go best with the red wine of the region, grown in the volcanic soil of Monte Vulture (an extinct volcano) and taking on a special flavor. Both visits, we had the same professional waiter of middle age who seemed to enjoy our presence as much as we enjoyed his. I cannot imagine returning to Rionero and not stopping at Vecchia Cortile for a meal and the great service!
Without Question true high quality food and service. Our lunch was so exceptional that as we couldn't stop raving about it; we headed back there for dinner. Charming staff treated us like welcome family members. Spending time with us and ensuring we didn't leave without complimentary dolca night cap!!! Would come back with the intend of revisiting
The meal was fine for the price, and everything was tasty. Maybe because we came a bit late for lunch hour, everything was a bit off kilter. But my spaghetti was undercooked enough to make it impossible to twirl on the fork, and the meat was tough. Not necessarily a lack of skill in the cooking, just a lack of care. The room is lovely to sit in. A nice little quartino of wine with our lunch.
Posto molto affollato e probabilmente poco personale. .lunghe attesa
Ottimo posto e buon cibo ad un giusto prezzo! Lo consiglio! il loro menu vince!
