Food is amazing. Prices are higher than other restaurants in the area, but I'm coming back food is excellent. Great staff.

Welcome to Río San Juan República Dominicana. What a beautiful place it is here. It’s been 7 years since my last visit and like in most places some things have and are changing for the better! First time visit at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised the the food is reasonably tasty. The calamari on the first round was cooked perfectly and I substituted the tartar sauce for marinara. It was so good I ordered another and told the waiter to ensure it was prepared exactly the same. Well that was wishful thinking second round was overcooked and the marinara was watery. However, the comeback was with the bbq wings. The sauce was almost as good as mine The fried snapper (we call it chillo) was just a little overcooked but she ate it.

Delicious tostones and shrimp cocktail! We stopped here for drinks before laguna Gri Gri boat ride and came back for a snack afterwards. The bartender was the sweetest and the service was fast. Meal type: Lunch
