フィードバックを提供するWe celebrated a friend’s birthday at Amaranto and it was quite good. An excellent menu offering quite a diverse selection of meats and poultry. They also had a nice selection of wine. The deserts were absolutely wonderful! And it didn’t get busy until 11:30 pm!! And lastly, very reasonably priced. Four people with food, wine and desert, $70, excluding tip.
I was scheduled, to fly on 01-05-18 at 8:20 am From Managua to Panama, i was traveling with my family as well, we where told that the flight has been canceled till 5:00 pm , we are going on 10 hour wait, This Airline hasn’t even offered a travel voucher do to the inconvenience. Please do not fly with them, their customer service is Terrible!!!
10 out of 10, we are a family with 3 kids under 10 and traveling from Europe getting used to the late meals slowly. We arrived early when the restaurant was still closed, but the chef invited us in and prepared a table (best seat of the house). Then he proposed to make Milanese con papas for the children and his best meat off the house for us. We had the best steak ever and the children loved their Milanese. The Chef made us realy feel at home obviously loving to cook and seeing us enjoying every bit of it. Thank you for a great evening!!
Found ourselves in a vibrant rural town and checked Trip Advisor. We were blown away with this restaurant. Guillermo Perotto, chef and owner of Amaranto , trained in Paris and returned to his home town of Rio Cuarto ten years ago. We tried the Argentine Jamon Crudo which was very nice. My Tournedos de lomo al Mabec was absolutely cooked to perfection and the Malbec sauce was perfect with tenderloin. Amaranth salad was very good. Large selection of wines. White table cloth, professional and attentive server makes the atmosphere sophisticated yet the many TVs throughout the establishment gives it a modern twist. Best meal I have had in Argentina!
