Les Finesses D'alsace - Rimouski

Everything was good! I gave 4 out of 5 because i ordered 2 cookies, which i learned after opening my order delivered that they were out of stock and were replaced by a dessert that i didnt want. I find it surprising that nobody asked me if I wanted instead a refund. But even more, I learned that I paid more for those dessert that I didnt want and the shop took my money without asking me on my card.. something seems wrong in this. A restaurant should not be able to decide which menu to give me without my Ok and take my money without asking me before. Beside this, the food is good. But please, dont do this anymore. Thanks :

I went to pick up a writ for DoorDash and the cook made me threats and insult, very big lack of respect I think he's taking for the boss

The food is really delicious however the service could really be improved. Took us 15 minutes just to get our lattes. One of the orders for our table was also wrong and our order of potatoes showed up at the end of the meal with the bill….

They have a chocolatine with crème it too. Very delicious. Unfortunately the service is a little slow

Absolutely love this place! I will definitely go again. Beautiful shop! If they can ship my macaroons on the bus well daamn, id give them one hundred stars? I highly recommended this to everyone! A must stop if your downtown Rimouski! If you don't stop in well you haven't fully explored Rimouski. Enjoy
