Firewood - Riga

My order was a delivery. Beef Bearnaise Pizza is really good. I asked for a cheesy crust, I thought it is gonna be stuffed with cheese, but actually the cheese was on top. Caesar Salad is nice, but it doesn’t have crispy bread cubes. Onion rings arrived soggy. Strawberry cheery lemonade wasn’t tasty at all. Cranberry lemonade (which was a gift from the restaurant) was so goodPrices are medium.

When you are in Riga and hungry, need a breathing time, at the same time have a delicious bite, Firewood is you place to stop. There are nice and deliciously prepared dishes. Me and my girlfriend have tried 4 different ones and all of them were satisfactory. Especially, beefstroganov was perfect and tasty. Price range is reasonable. Recommend highly

Overpriced for what you get. I had the “traditional smoked pork with potato and cheese” but the (extremely cheap, you could taste it) cheese was way too much, tasteless, and the pork was nothing special. €10,50 for this is absolutely not worth it. My partner’s lamb sausages were average. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We took a walk into the restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful with amazing staff. The wine was great with a nice choice to add the menu. The bill came about £110 for four people who was two course with wine. I would visit again, next in Riga beautiful place. Would recommend a visit.

We were recommended to this restaurant by a couple we met on the canal boat trip, we went at 6:00 and were very happy to get a table without reservation. The food was first class and the staff was very warm and friendly. we would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
