If you’re in the Rifle area GO HERE! My husband and I are from Chicago and Chicago food is hard to come by over here, but look no further! We had Italian beefs and they were on point. They have so many options. The staff are so friendly and down to earth. We will for sure be coming back to try the rest on the menu!

We were helping friends empty their storage unit today and were surprised to see this food truck! We got DELISH Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and french fries. So good!!! Friendly service and great covered seating. Worth the drive to the far end of Rifle! You can call in your order ahead of time. Cash only.

The Italian beef sandwich is the kind of sandwich that you will think about for the rest of your life. It reaches into the echelon of your grandfather’s best cooked recipe on your family’s heirloom grill on the nicest day of summer after you just won the little league world series. If you could have this food truck cater your wedding it would be the most memorable reception that anyone you know has ever attended and your marriage would be the happiest, most successful love story of all time spreading outward for at least five generations, inspiring romance novels and a seven film movie series. If I could transform my dog into a human for one hour in order to explain to them the mystery of the universe and what it means to be alive I would take them to this food truck and buy them this sandwich. Also the fries are good.

Da Beef is a Chicago-style hot dog food truck that has relocated from Wapiti Ct to 153 Gas Court, Rifle, CO, inside the gate of Alp Storage. They offer a wide variety of options, but I highly recommend the "Dragged Through the Garden" hot dog! The place was bustling with activity, and they were efficiently handling orders. Plus, the customer service has that authentic Chicago-style touch.

I love this little stand. They have fantastic food, the people who run the stand are very friendly, I recommend whole heartedly
