Amazing small place in Rieti! The Carbonara is superb. The wine selection even better.
Went for dinner owner/ waiter forgot about our table for over an hour while others got served. While apologetic he still charged us 50 euro for 2 liters of water a liter of house red wine bread and spinach salad for 4 complete waste of time and money
