Top's China - Richmond

Wouldve gotten 5 stars but my shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls lacked in shrimp. Over all the egg foo young definitely top two Ive had though.

The food was delivered quickly and it was steaming hot.The portions were huge and delicious.

Tops China has great tasting and clean food. Including some of the best Chicken Wings I've ever had. Delicious. My family are regulars and will happily continue to be. The owners are very nice you can tell they care about what they are serving. That definitely comes through in the taste of their food.

The food here was absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the Crab Rangoon (16) and the Orange Chicken (S15), which was tender and packed with flavor. I will definitely be adding this place to my list of favorite spots!

I absolutely love the food here; everything is delicious and fresh! Even when I don't order delivery, I always eat from this place! The customer service is consistently great, especially from the guy who works there!
