The worst service EVER! Terrible timing. Only part of the table had food for most of the 3+ hours it took us to have dinner. Mystery charges to one credit card. The food was fine, but the overall dining experience was a disaster. It's a good thing there was good company. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I signed up to eat at Shula's and it turned out it went out of business. Rather than call me (this was my birthday dinner!!! they let me show up and then said oh we changed to a new restaurant and they weren't a steak house. The menu she showed me was bar food (sitting in a bar), which is fine, but I wanted to eat out for my birthday somewhere nice. It really sucked.

I recently dined at table 250 with some colleagues and had a very enjoyable experience. The food and service were top-notch. My steak was cooked well, though it was a bit tough. The cheesecake, however, was outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying at the Hilton.

The breakfast buffet is delicious. All of this for just $14. They have made-to-order omelettes and eggs, grütze, oat fruit and more. The service is great and the atmosphere is fun.
