Subway - Richmond

The lady working behind the counter only gave me 6 leaves of spinach on a footlong. When I brought up that she was wrong, because I am a former subway employee. She started screaming racial obscenities at me. She even said she would have to charge me for more spinach. The six vegetable rule is only for pickles cucumbers tomatoes and olives. I even agreed to pay because I just wanted to leave after she called me names. However, she took my food and threw it away!!! She had her name tag ripped off so I could not get her name. Stay away from this place, if the treatment is this bad. Imagine how bad the food is!!!

The young lady who made our sandwiches was polite and very pleasant when dealing with us, she made sure all our sandwiches options were fresh and to our liking ????????

I can?t say enough about how pleased I was with the service I received from this location. We needed 11 salads and sandwiches made up ahead of time for pick up at 9:45 in the morning on a Monday and they had someone there to make those sandwiches before they even opened. The salads and sandwiches were fresh and made according to what we ordered. Way to go subway on Main! ????

She have a bad attitude when I first came in.. thanks for a sample of there new sauce before ordering just to see if I like it she told me no and push my order to the next person...
