Starbucks - Richmond

Newest location on Broad Street. Great service, fast service and clean!!!!

The staff here is exceptionally kind and patient to ensure they got your order right. I will be loyal to this location when I am in town!

The store was nice and the staff was friendly! The cappuccino I ordered was perfect! It has been 12 years since I've been into a Starbucks, and will definitely make a return visit soon!

We had a very complicated order but the guy at the drive-they had the most patient voice. I appreciate his patience and aspire to it. We haven?t even gotten our drinks yet.

Please read if you come here. the drinks were good as always, but they got our order wrong, so we asked for the right one and everything was going good until we never saw our drink we asked if it was in the process of doing it the lady making the drinks told us that they didn't see our name on none of them so wait for 10 min then 20 min then 30 the lady making the drinks told us that when she has time she will see why it's not there then 40 min then 50 min then a hour we go up and say why its not done she says it was there just on a different name WE DIDNT KNOW THAT WAS OUR DRINK IT HAD SOME RANDOM NAME so we wasted a hour of our day for 2 ice coffees but great drinks and we got no discount for them being late and getting it wrong
