MUST GO HERE! Ok so this place is booked and busy! I loved it here. My friend and I met here for restaurant week and I?m glad we did. The food was awesome? the catfish bites A1, the fried okra A1, the pork chops A1? just everything. Oh and the drinks were strong tasty. Our waitress was Jameka and man she was a doll! First of all her voice reminded me of Michel?le (look her up), we pretty much kept making her talk just to hear it lol. She provided the best service!

We visited this restaurant with my husband to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, and we absolutely loved it! Every dish was perfectly seasoned and served hot. I can honestly say that I didn't have a favorite dish because everything was fantastic. However, I want to point out that a 15% gratuity is automatically added to your bill, which isn't stated anywhere on the menu or mentioned by the staff. The service was excellent, but if I had known about the included gratuity, I wouldn't have added an extra tip on top of it. Despite this, I would highly recommend this place for the delicious food and great atmosphere—definitely a 10/10 experience!

Absolutely amazing! We visited to celebrate my brother's birthday and had made reservations in advance. Although the restaurant was quite busy, we were promptly acknowledged and seated. Our overall experience was delightful; the atmosphere was fantastic and our waitress was exceptional. After placing our orders, we were served corn muffins with melted butter that were simply indescribable. The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic! The staff were very friendly and patient, especially since I wasn't sure what to order. A clean bathroom can really influence my opinion of a place, and this one was immaculate, well-stocked with soap and paper towels, and had a lovely fresh lavender scent. The decor is incredibly stylish. I regret not taking pictures of my takeout meal, but believe me, it was absolutely delicious! I had fried fish, green beans, and cabbage. I definitely plan to dine in next time!

Definitely worth all the hype given. The food the atmosphere the service was all magnificent. Love the music selection as well. The catfish bites and dipping sauce was really good. I had the fried whiting and shrimp combo with green beans and Mac. All were good but the green beans were lacking a little seasoning. Dessert was old fashion cake which was really good and a good portion as well. Check them out
