フィードバックを提供するWe used to frequent this Italian restaurant, but recently we have noticed that the entrees and salads have been lacking flavor. The restaurant also seems to be understaffed, with only one waiter and one cook. Our waiter was polite and bilingual, and offered to replace my dish when I mentioned that I didn't enjoy it, although I didn't want to risk trying another. It appears that there may be issues with management and staffing levels at this establishment.
I had a very negative experience today at Russo's. To start, the pizza appeared to have fingerprints on the back of it (see attached picture). Additionally, the server promised to substitute the tomatoes on the pizza with another topping of my choice, but still charged me for it. I will not be returning to this restaurant. To the owner, we simply wanted to inform you in case your employees are not properly taking care of customers so that you can improve service and encourage repeat business. Good luck. For your information, the pizza tasted good, but the back part was inedible so we had to throw it away. For the price of an expensive pizza, the entire pizza should be edible. That's all, nothing more.
I tried Russos and this is a very delicious place the options are great I definitely recommend.
Have been to a location in katy, and this one is just as nice! Love the peacefulness of this location and the service is as good as always.
First time here and loved it!!! food was 10/10 and the customer service was so good! Rem was so polite!!
