Kfc - Richmond

I visited the restaurant at night and ordered a chicken breast meal, but I’m pretty sure I received a thigh instead. It was dry and unfortunately burnt as well. The staff was quite rude; when I wished them a good night, their reply was just a curt "Yep," and then they promptly closed the window. I also asked for some sauces, and they treated it like an incredibly difficult request. I left feeling very disappointed, especially since my last visit back in November had been a very pleasant experience with edible food. It really doesn’t take much to show a little courtesy, even if you’re not fond of your job.

I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a mashed potato bowl, and when I got home, I found it had very little chicken, corn, and especially, hardly any gravy. I would give it 1 star. I'm tired of this happening far too often. There's absolutely no reason I should have to ask for extra chicken and gravy just to get the bowl as it should be! I do not recommend this place! 1 star.

I ordered the pot pie and a dinner portion of two pieces of chicken breast with coleslaw. However, when I got home, I only received two wings instead. I’m really disappointed.

Great food but you can't order ahead online here which is why I only rated it 4 stars.

Awful!!!! Just want to thank KFC Taco Bell last night for my uncooked chicken strips, the mold in my mac n cheese, the biscuit that was so uncooked that when you pulled it apart it was all dough, and last but not least taking advantage of me when I camethrough the drive through. I went and asked KINDLY for my money back for 1 chicken strip basket, meanwhile I watched theemployees laughing behind the window. The man came to the window and told me he could only give me money back for 1 chickenstrip, 1 mac n cheese, and 1 roll?. AND THEN PROCEEDED to hand me $2 back. How does that add up??? Ridiculous and sodisrespectful. I feel so taken advantage of.
