フィードバックを提供するThe bed felt like sleeping in a hammock, but even a hammock would have been better. There were roaches, the cable was out, the ceiling was caving in, and the shower and bedding were dirty. This is the worst motel I have ever been to, and I have accidentally stayed in some rough motels before. I wouldn't even want prisoners to stay in this place, and I had to pay for it.
My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed at The Cosmopolitan at the end of May for two nights. We loved the boutique modern style, the huge shower, and comfortable bed. The only dust/dirt I saw was on top of the curtain pole, which was forgivable. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. A big shoutout to the staff, particularly Tracy at the front desk who was helpful, amusing, personable, and always had a smile on her face! Max in the restaurant/bar was great to chat with, a nice guy, and poured great drinks. Also, Roger, who had finished his shift, helped locate an extension cord late at night. Kudos and thanks to Henry who quickly located a pair of dress pants we left behind and kindly organized to mail them to us in N.C. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The only downside was that our room and our friend's room (directly above us) were located near the A.C. system, making it a little noisy. However, we got a good rate so we appreciate that's probably why. When the TV was on, you couldn't hear the noise. It wasn't enough to complain about or spoil our stay. Thank you Cosmo, we hope to see you again.
