Club Level Grill - Richmond

Good food, which says a lot for an airport! Also, Derrick is fantastic with the cocktails! Seriously, I did not expect a delicious margarita, but it happened! And he grabbed some espresso for the martini. So excited!

Quick service, just what we needed before trip! Food nothing special, but fine and decent sized menu for airport bar. Derrick was very courteous and kind.

Our waitress, Brittanie, was rude and inattentive the start. She even went out of her way to leave the airport restaurant 20 minutes after we placed our order, only to come back in from the airport back into the restaurant, only to tell us that they did not have one of the items we ordered. Our order had not been entered. She even then went out of her wait to tell us that “if we our waiting to be served in 15-20 minutes, this isn’t the place for you”. It took, from the time we got our check until the time we finally got the card picked up to pay for it, about 25 minutes. Even though this waitress walked past our table repeatedly. It felt intentional? And lazy. She had an attitude as if we were bothering her. The table was sticky as heck, and she didn’t offer to wipe it off. The floor and seat was horribly sticky. This was the worst service I ever had. I travel for work and am use to airport service and this was the worst restraint w patience I have had. Brittanie was a hardly responsible e or even acknowledging to us at all. This is not the job for her.

LOVE this place. “Chef, Thank You Chef!!” Food is so Above what you think of Airport Food!! Chicken Quesadilla also Great Service!! Stop By Amy Time you are flying through RICHMOND airport!! Thank you!

Tried Virginia Poutine and some kind of pulled pork sandwich. Sandwich was bland and poutine was a pool of instant gravy. Not a fan of this place.
