Bojangles - Richmond

We stopped in for breakfast and witnessed the manager filling a very very large to go order, all while her crew took care of us walk in customers.

I love bojangles but they seem to be getting slower and slower with their service.

Slowest drive through experience of my life. Not just once but each time I've been. Seriously takes 10 minutes to drive through. Good food. Slow service.

Love their cookies and iced tea. The place always needs cleaning. Front counter, where the chicken is displayed under the heat lamp, is oily and loaded with crumbs. The staff plays on the back. Manger has her hands full so she can focus on the job.

I ordered breakfast this morning and 2 sausage biscuit combos. Waiting was not very long, but the “Cashier” was not at all attentive to me. He went away from the counter while I tried to get my payment method together. He didn't ask if I needed any condiments or anything. I also ordered 2 sweet teas, but I wasn't given until the manager came. I just feel like the cashier is very careless and careless.
