The Botanical At Kew - Richmond

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere overlooking the lake. The staff was not very helpful in recommending dishes. The prices at lunchtime were quite high. The food was good quality and the restaurant was very clean.

I have been to this restaurant several times before and it has always been wonderful. However, this time it was disappointing. The salad was not great, the service was slow, and some of the waitstaff seemed inexperienced. The food arrived before the drinks and it felt like the staff was not very attentive. It is a shame, as this used to be a fantastic place to dine.

Best view in West London. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff are attentive and welcoming. The lunch was expensive but we both felt it was really worth it. Well done

A pleasantly relaxed atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff, and very tasty food.

We really enjoy the brasserie, but we were disappointed by the small portions and the lack of gluten-free bread. We expect every food service establishment to accommodate dietary restrictions. The service was also lacking this time, as we had to ask twice for water and butter for the table. These items should have been provided without us having to request them separately.
