U-grill - Richmond

This is a difficult review to write because my son enjoys the Teriyaki beef here. However, like others have mentioned, the staff at this restaurant, both the cook and the cashier, have terrible customer service skills. It frustrates me when I pay for a meal and it feels like they skimp on the portions. I was shocked when I received my order in a special container that was barely filled with a cup of white rice. If I had known it would be like this, I would have asked for a smaller portion as it felt like a waste of space. When I pointed this out to the chef, they just stared at me blankly without any response. I will try to steer my son away from eating here in the future as the lack of customer service is a major flaw. I should have taken note of the empty line before ordering, as it suggests that this place may not be worth the money. My recommendation is to spend your money at a restaurant that values their customers more, as U-Grill at the Richmond Centre does not meet these standards.

The food at this restaurant is freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection in front of customers with their choice of sauces. The service is efficient and prompt, living up to the standards of fast food perfection. I disagree with other reviewers who claim the service is bad, as my experience was positive and the food was delicious and fresh. This place deserves at least a 4-star rating, but I would give it 5 stars. If this is a chain, I will definitely try out their other locations.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I paid $38 for two meals and then the chef was so rude. They even forgot to add the rice to my dish. When I asked about it, they acted like it was no big deal. The service was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to support this business.
