Subway - Richmond

This is my favorite Subway location in all of Richmond. The staff are friendly and genuinely attentive to your needs. They go above and beyond by asking about your day and engaging in small talk that really adds to the experience. I can definitely give it two thumbs up!

They deserve an award for their remarkable disregard! I clearly informed the staff that I did NOT want any spicy ingredients in my daughter's sandwich, yet they went ahead and added hot sauce anyway. It's outrageous. Additionally, they never answer their phone.

This restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is amazing. Suman, in particular, is incredibly kind and treated me like a friend. Wishing Suman all the best—God bless you! Goodbye!

I requested my side without tomatoes and onions, but the portions weren't separated properly when it was served. I also noticed a dead fly on my lid, which I blew off, so cleanliness definitely needs to be prioritized before serving customers. On a brighter note, the server made some excellent recommendations and even inquired if I wanted any extras. The tomatoes appeared fresh, but I asked for double toast, and I think the bread could have used a little more time in the toaster.

This is my favorite Subway location in Richmond! The sandwich artists consistently prepare my order just the way I like it.
