La Grill And Bistro - Richmond

It is frustrating when a restaurant does not update their opening times. At multiple locations, we arrived at 9 o'clock only to find that they were closed, despite the posted hours. When I called the next day to inquire about their hours, I was told that they vary depending on customer traffic, ranging from 9-10pm. This lack of consistency is disappointing and shows a disregard for their customers who make the effort to visit. It seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The food is average, but people come back for the affordable prices. It is surprising that this place is still in business despite their lack of regard for customers' time and convenience.

The new york steak and calamari was great. reasonable price and beautiful atmosphere. also the customer service is good.

Depending on which section/side they are sitting, they can look at the room badly illuminated. food: above average good price: extremely affordable service: well has la grill Wi-Fi or they can connect with dieucks Wi-Fi. daily special prices are amazing. late night special price is crazy awesome!

Amazing food gone there for years i can especially recomend their tuesday steak special its only bout 15 bucks but us really tastey (salads bit blah but thats not really why u get the dish)
