Korean Barbecue House - Richmond

Having tried many Korean restaurants in the past, the Asian cuisine at this particular establishment left something to be desired. The marinated meats lacked flavor and the rest of the menu was equally underwhelming. On a positive note, the service was top-notch. However, I would not recommend this restaurant if you are seeking authentic Korean flavors.

As seniors who prefer not to share too much food, we ordered the Teriyaki chicken from the lunch menu. The restaurant accommodated our request without any issues and served us a lovely pot of tea along with two plates and two small tea cups. The Teriyaki chicken bowl came with four small dishes, including Kimchi and other sides. We enjoyed our meal so much that we returned and have since recommended this restaurant to our friends.

This place gets five stars whether for Korean BBQ or regular dishes.

I visited this place a few days ago and ordered a combo. The food was just okay compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants. It lacked flavor and seemed bland to me.

Great service and good food, but the meat portions are not big enough. _Be ready to wait since the place is small.
