Hotpot Palace is a very clean restaurant. You can order your food using a tablet, which makes the process much easier; if you want to add more items, just click whenever you like. The food arrives promptly after you place your order. The staff frequently checks in to ensure you have enough water in your soup, provide drinking water, and adjust the temperature of your stove to your liking. I highly recommend this place!

I had a unique hotpot experience here, quite different from the usual places we frequent. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. As first-timers, we never felt intimidated; from the moment we walked in until we left, the atmosphere was welcoming. While it was a bit pricey, the outstanding customer service made it worth it. Each dish was clearly freshly prepared just for us. One of my favorite aspects of dining at this restaurant is that they creatively repurpose the broth from your hotpot into delicious Japanese egg noodles or congee, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was exceptionally fresh. The value you get from the set menu compared to ordering a la carte is fantastic. I highly recommend this place for everything from a casual night out to celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. Bravo!
