Not your downtown hotel, but close enough with public mass transit. The rooms are clean and spacious. Walkability: If you need to get downtown using transit, the stop is right outside the hotel. Downtown in 20 min! Noteworthy details: Noticeably quiet right beside a runway. If I need to check-in to my flight, i am right there and I can come back to the room and relax. There are lots of conveniences inside the terminal as well.

Airport very accessible, have not touched me agglomerations and in general everything very fast and efficient

I’ve stayed on the gold floor 5 times this year and many times over the years but lately it’s gone down hill majorly. on my latest visit I found the older blonde lady at the front desk to be incredibly short and rude for no reason whatsoever, the removal of the special gold check-in is disappointing, twice now there’s been dirt and peanuts under the windows, I ordered 3 drinks to the lounge and it took 30 minutes all for the guy delivering it to spill half of one on me then charge me for it without offering a replacement. I don’t even get the point of the gold floor anymore, you’re really just paying twice the regular rate for a mediocre buffet and 3 star service. In a few stays you have made me go from a loyal customer to someone who would rather drive from my home the morning of my flight instead of staying here like I typically do.
