Dunkin' - RICHBORO

I have tried other DD coffee hot, cold, frozen and this by far it has always been outstanding and delish! Hot coffe is always hot. I do not order donuts for they are not the old fashioned donuts of yesterday.

I'm going to give this Duncan a five star review because everything was adequate. I do have to point out that they were a little bit slower than most Dunkin donuts. Additionally they did burn the bagel that I ordered but it was still delicious. So it's a reluctant five stars but still good.

Abigail J is exceptionally kind and attentive. She is patient and well-informed, going above and beyond my expectations. The presentation of the ice cream and the harmonious blend of flavors were truly impressive, exceeding what I had hoped for. This place has become my go-to for all my dessert cravings, thanks to the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Abigail, for your fantastic service!

Avoid this Dunkin' if you don't want to be late to your next commitment. I was the only customer in the store when I placed my order, yet I waited 14 minutes for my coffee while the staff tended to orders from 13 years ago that didn’t leave until after I had paid. Doesn’t anyone here have a sense of urgency? I remember applying for a job here when I was in high school; I’m glad I didn’t take it. There is a serious lack of work ethic at this location!
