Mcdonald's - Richardson

I visited this McDonald's this afternoon and had an outstanding experience. The cashier was incredibly friendly and attentive, even coming to our table to ask if we needed more water or if we wanted our trash cleared away. The service was so impressive that my friend jokingly remarked that we were dining in a high-end restaurant rather than a fast food place. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! This McDonald's has truly elevated customer service to a whole new level! Highly recommended!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They're constantly out of ice, and late at night, they refuse to accept credit cards because "the system is always updating." It feels like they’re simply lazy and don’t want to fix the ice machine or properly maintain their registers. Spare yourself the frustration and avoid this location. I've given them plenty of chances, but I've finally decided to give up. Instead, head to the McDonald's on Arapaho— they always have the full menu in stock and have never caused me any issues.

I had to place my order at the kiosk, and the instructions indicated that I should take a number and sit at a table while my food would be delivered. After waiting for 10 minutes, they informed us that our number had been called and that our food was on the counter. I went to the counter only to find that the order was not what we had requested. Food rating: 2/5.

I really hate how to order on the app, but if I go into the window (to make it look like they took less time, then they do to fill the order) they have drag me to the parking places to wait for my order. And they were rude. You have two windows that could help people behind me.

Went thru drive thru, had to wait for our meals in a spot. Ordered a 5 &7. Didn't bbq sauce, and was missing meat on a cheeseburger, other burger had a burnt bun. Manager said they'd give me another meal...Food: 2/5
