Kfc - Richardson

The food was decent, but the service and atmosphere are seriously lacking. The managers and staff were rude and inattentive to guests. I will not be returning to this location or any other KFC in the future. Food rating: 3/5.

The food is always stale, and the staff become agitated when you request fresh items. They also do not wear gloves while handling food. I witnessed an employee pick up chicken with her bare hands and place it in a customer's box. When she realized I was watching, she did not discard the food or remake it; instead, she continued to serve it. When I asked her to wear gloves, she became defensive, so I decided to go somewhere else to eat. I advise caution if considering dining here.

Waited 10 minutes while they also wait a few pick-up orders third-party service drivers filled). When I finally give my order, he says it will be at least 15 minutes to make more original. They had not given time from Crispy either) and they were from Pot Pies. So they didn't have me coming in. This was around 5:45 and you would think that they added chicken on hand for dinner haste, not mentioning pot Pies). I went to another KFC that was brilliant).

I order a 2pc mixed meal with a crispy breast and crispy thigh w/ strawberry drink and what I received was 2 thighs one that was so crispy it tasted like I was chewing rocks and the other half cooked and was soggy when you bit into it. My fries were cold and not fresh like it was there since the day before. And the only good thing about the meal was my drink cause I was super thirsty but was served with no ice. Horrible experience and horrible meal!?

They gave me the wrong order and then kept my change. Horrible service and the supervisor was the one that did it. Awful lady. It’s not the money it’s the fact that she was horrible. Bad service all around!!!
