The service here was very disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but this visit left me extremely frustrated. While all the tables were occupied, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that a newly available table was reserved by phone. If I had known this from the start, I would have left, as it likely meant I'd have to wait at least an hour, given the usual slow service and limited seating. They really need to show more respect for their customers and improve their reservation and waiting system. I wouldn’t recommend going on weekends unless you’re prepared for a long wait.

I had both dine-in and takeout experiences at this restaurant, and I've always received excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and well-mannered, making it a great place to enjoy time with friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The falafel here is wonderfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, offering a fantastic texture with each bite. The bread is exceptionally fresh, enhancing the overall quality and flavor of the sandwich. Additionally, the service at Bilad is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff committed to making your visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for a taste of home or an authentic Middle Eastern meal, Bilad Restaurant and Bakery is definitely worth a visit.

This is the best Iraqi food I’ve ever had. It never fails, I recommend the mixed shawarma platter. Everything I’ve tried here is excellent

If you would like to try some real Iraqi ?? authentic foods like Beef Shawarma, Chicken Shawarma, Falafel..etc then this is the only place you can taste Iraqi style food. Head to this place, you will never regret!
