Cubana Richards Bay

I have noticed my friends going to that restaurant. It looks like a cozy place I would like to visit someday and try their food.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I couldn't believe it! It was incredibly hot and they took away our fan and gave it to other customers. They didn't even consider our needs. We were completely ignored.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The waitstaff are in desperate need of customer service training. They are not only inattentive, but also seem unprepared for their job. The kitchen was also chaotic. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged.

Terrible service on Saturday. Called three different waiters and they just looked and turned away.

Because my friend when ever shes around richardsbay she always go and eat at cubana and she recommend me to to celebrate my birthday on November 3 and am gona go shame with few friends and take pictures too
