The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Rialto

Best iced blended drinks by far. Nobody can compare in the USA. In my opinion, although i have heard amazing reviews about Australian Coffee being superb comparatively speaking. Would love to have opportunity to try Aussies coffee..

I stopped by for an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and light ice since I had read the reviews about too much ice on drinks at this Coffee Bean location. I received extra ice instead. I returned to speak to the manager and my drink was nicely replaced. However, they gave me a hazelnut flavored latte with regular milk instead of my almond milk vanilla latte. Such a disappointment! As much as I love Coffee Bean at other locations, the next time I'm in Rialto, I'll stick to Starbucks.

I ordered a Large Vietnamese Iced Latte because it?s was my birthday. I was sure I had a reward because I get one every year. They made my drink but when I pulled up the Coffee Bean app there was no birthday reward. I showed them my app, my birthday was on my account, I showed them my drivers license to prove it was my birthday and showed them I had points from previous purchases and history so they didn?t think I had just download the app. They told me that they didn?t know why I didn?t have a QR code reward but that they couldn?t give me my drink which they had already made. They threw away my drink and told me to contact Coffee Bean online about my rewards.

Okay Rose gives the BEST customer service I have ever had. I love seeing her every morning I go in for my coffee. Really the best part is my coffee and bagel. I LOVE Coffee Bean!!
