Olive Garden - Rialto

I want to give a special shoutout to our exceptional server, Cristian C. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made us feel welcomed and provided excellent service, ensuring our drinks and breadsticks were always refilled. He even offered to refill our pasta before we had finished our meal! His expertise and efficiency were top-notch, and I would definitely return if he were our server again. The ambiance of the restaurant was good, with a slightly dark atmosphere that would be perfect for a romantic date night. The background music added to the experience, and the restrooms, tables, and utensils were all clean. Overall, this place was fantastic. The only downside was the lack of a welcoming host at the front of the house. We had to wait awkwardly in silence before being attended to. Despite this minor issue, our experience was wonderful thanks to the exceptional service from Cristian C. I look forward to returning soon.

Our servers name was Ruby,she was such a sweet heart,she was very very attentive,very kind,had our drinks refilled before we had to ask,you can tell she loves her job we enjoyed having her as our server food was also amazing

Tired of giving this location a chance. Everytime I come here the service is so slow..... food takes a long time to get to the table and the check takes even longer. The waiter did not write our orders down when taking them, which of course came out wrong. The waitlist is also not accurate we waiting much longer than what was stated online. I'm sorry but it was just one thing after another...... and that sucks when you're hungry lol hope things change there

I am writing this review solely because of the outstanding service provided by our server, Noa. I have visited this restaurant many times with friends and family, and have never experienced such exceptional service until now. Noa went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his attentiveness. He has definitely raised the bar for good hospitality in my eyes. I wish I had cash on hand to show my appreciation even more.

The service we received was outstanding from our server. She was very helpful and attentive throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious and we were also pleased to find that the restaurant was wheelchair accessible, making our dining experience a very positive one.
