Jack In The Box - Rialto

This store forgets something from my order everytime we order DoorDash. This time it was the southwest crispy chicken salad. They completely forgot to add the crispy chicken at all.

I got a Large Jacks Spicy Chicken Combo and everything was very over cooked and dry no mayo , the only thing good was the drink

Lines can be long at certain times of the day, but they work through them quite fast!

This is the second time they've messed up my order. I ordered loaded tiny tacos, and while they did include tiny tacos in the order, surprisingly, they weren't loaded. If you want your order done right, I recommend going into the store rather than using DoorDash.

I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with an extra patty, but I received one without any burger at all. All I wanted was just one patty! Shaking my head—what a way to celebrate Christmas, lol. I hope this can get sorted out!
