The Tumble Inn Wetherspoon

Excellent pub! Good service, clean and the staff are really friendly. We have such a good time here everytime we go! Keep up the good work! A proper pub!

I haven’t been in here for a while and today’s visit was disappointing. A queue of twelve people waiting at the bar with four staff on the other side. Three are happily chatting while one is doing all the work. Then there is queue- jumping which no staff notice except those in the queue. Normally I like Spoons but this one seriously needs a make-over. If they want us to use the app then the wifi needs to be better. Not an enjoyable visit.

The food was cold, and I had to wait ages for the drinks. After 20 minutes, I asked where the drinks were that I had ordered by using the app. The waitress gave me a dirty look before saying OK and walking off. I then had to ask someone else after waiting for another 10 minutes. We were made to feel very unwelcome, and the food was terrible! We have been to numerous Wetherspoons, and this is the worst by far!

The food was disgusting had chicken tikka masala the naan bread was black hard crispy the popadoms full of fat curry no sauce all dried up took it back along with beef madras apologised and sent fresh just as bad had no check backs to ask how food was watched the young lad go in disabled toilet to do toilet checks 3 times and he walked in signed paper walked out there was no hand soap or toilet roll in the toilet for hours in the end had to go and ask a member of staff to refill was dirty floor had urine all over it and it’s used a lot will avoid this pub in future

This is lovely pub and the food is good the only problem is people are allowed to vape in here by the looks of it when visiting on a Saturday night and they have a lovely smoking area
